"Goal for December was a 450 deadlift; I managed an easy 435, but the 450 was a no-go (half way up, all the way down haha). I'll hopefully hit it in the beginning of January."

Training is going meh this week. Pretty damn busy with uni these next couple of weeks, so I will probably only be going two or three times a week. But that's ok, it feels kind of good not to have to lift every day haha, like a well deserved break! How's your training going?

Thanks man, been really trying to get all my lifts up and so far so good. Failed a 420 dead today, got up a little more than half-way but I had to drop it - so I don't think I'm gonna even go for my goal of 450 by the end of decemeber...i just don't think it will happen haha. You're looking lean as hell man, and you put on size too eh?

Thanks man, been working hard on my back. Not too much is new in terms of my goals, just continuing on with what I'm doing. I'm basically training for strength now and i gotta say, that's definitely my favourite style of training. low reps, heavy weights - love it! how's your progress coming alone?

Are you aware that there are people in this world that have a severe medical condition which causes them to be that way? My mother for instance is one of those people. She is a truck driver that has bad knees and a bad back from driving the truck but you probably do not care about that case either.

Thanks bro! I'm having a hard time putting on lower back mass though, any tips? I've just been hitting it hard with deads, t-bars and pulley rows, so I don't really know what else I can do. Your profile pic is looking sick, too.

Hey man, it's going pretty good. About 5 weeks ago I hurt the long head of my bicep that connects to the shoulder (or something like that) while deadlifting. Some of the worst pain i've been through. My shoulder was swollen and inflamed for a solid week and hurt like hell. Doctor ordered me to take 4-5 weeks off and I've just been getting back at it now. Still kind of tender, so I'm just taking it easy on it.

Thanks for the add as well man. I think my tris are mostly from genetics because I don't really work them that hard, but what I do are just heavy behind the neck presses, heavy skullcrushers, high reps of dips and high rep kickbacks. I also used to do close grip bench press and I think i'll start that up again.

Haha, yeah I feel ya on that. I love killing the weights, such an epic stress reliever. I'm doing pretty good, just kinda cutting a bit for the summer and then back to bulking up a bit again.
