How I Started:
I've been working out on and off for a few years, but never as serious as I am now.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of being in control of my own body. It's taken me many years to reach the point where I can actually do a stable diet.
How I Stay Motivated:
I am a competitive person and I stay motivated by looking at what other people are doing and then challenging myself to do better. I also think of the end result, and not the journey to get there.
BB Accomplishments:
On my 17th birthday I was 415lbs. At some point I had probably been higher. After going down to 250lbs I went back to 353lbs... enough is enough. I am now on the path, but this time I am actually doing it right.

Good luck with the diet. It does get a hell of a lot easier as it progresses and the results you see will make it easier too. Just be careful when you come off the diet and reintroduce the food slowly
