For the best workout you should go to a gym and find a experienced bodybuilder and learn from him. I have been working out with a bodybuilder that has been into this for 25 years.

The most important thing is you can’t go 100% for a month and then take some time off. Its all or nothing. I am starting the next bulking part now. For the chest u need to do incline benching the most. It works the upper part of the chest.

From Oct to April I was eating about 5000 calories a day and 300g of protein. And worked out 2 hours each day. And you need to get about 10 hours of sleep with about 50g of protein mixed with milk right before u go to sleep

Hell no. I don’t even know where to get the stuff. And the sites that sell “steroids” well would you give your credit card to a site that sells illegal things. First of I have a high metabolism. So even when people told me that 300g of protein is to much it still worked for me. One thing you need to know is that you can’t build a lot of muscle with out gaining a lot of fat.

First off u can’t do it everyday. You might get stronger but not bigger. My workout is; day 1 biceps and back, day 2 chest and triceps, day 3 lags and abs, and day 4 shoulders. I try to workout as many days as I can till I am out of energy then I will take 1 to 2 days off. Sometimes up to 8 days of working out and 2 days off or 4 and 1 day off. Biceps I do a long workout too but 3 to 4 sets of 3 to 4 different workouts, not just the same workout.

I use the M5 and NO Extreme before a workout. U are bigger then me but I started to workout in Oct 2008 and I was about 140 or so with a lot of body fat. Now my body fat is down and I am currently at 160. That is big for my frame. graduated college in 2005 at 130lb and I was 130lb all through college. I have a hard time gaining size. Been using Cellucur for two months and it’s the best thing I have used for pre workout. My goal is to get up to 175 at 6-8 % bodyfat.

The contest is going well. I am bulking right now so I went from 148lb Jan 1st to 160 as of Jan 26 and my body fat is still at around 11%. So I am glad I went through your site because I never seen protein brownies. I am so going to get a box. I am trying to get about 300g of protein a day. This will help.

I know plenty of women that go and workout. But then they go out and have about 15 drinks. I myself drink once a week and all light stuff. Yes I’m ready for Christmas, you? I hope I don’t over eat and find time to keep it going.

So I have been working out for about a month and I am doing great. I am lifting more then ever and I am eating right and taking supplements. The question I have is after a good night of sleep I am still exhausted in the morning for the first 8 to 10 hours. Latter in the day I get back to my normal energy. What can I do to feel better in the morning and at work.
