I did it on and off now I want to get serious about it. I am just starting out after few years of just living like shit. Eating anything and drinking all the time, a party life. It ruined my life in many ways. A new start involved hitting the weight room and changing my life style. Eating right and getting enough sleep.
Why I Love It:
To look good and feel good and it keeps me on the right track.

I graduated college in 2005 at 125 lb now I am at about 150. I want to get up to 185 someday.

Day 1 – Biceps, Back, and light abs workout
Day 2 – Chest, Triceps, and light abs workout
Day 3 – Legs and big abs workout
Day 4 - Shoulders and light abs workout
Right now no cardio and I try not to take any days off. With this routine all the muscles get the right amount of rest.
Hey man, I tried something you gotta try! I didn't have enough cash to buy lifting gloves so I went to the hardware store and picked up some gardening gloves for $1.99. Man, they work awesome! First time I used them my bench instantly shot up from 105 to 115! They're alot cheeper than lifting gloves but work better!
Hey man what's your opinion on the Weider Muscle builder powder? it seems like I'm putting on pretty good size with it but it makes me fart all the time. Is that normal or is there something else I should take that doesn't gas me up so bad? Thanks bro

Hey man, just 1 question. I'm trying to build up my traps more so my collar bones don't stick out so much, I was wondering what I should do more of to build my traps, military presses? or preacher curls? I know they both hit the traps good but which one do you think I should do more of? I really appreciate all your help man! Thanks in advance!

Hey man thanks for the advice, I will try that out! Say, would you be interested in training me? I would pay you big money! There isn't any hardcore guys at my gym, they're just a bunch of losers that show up, do a few sets and then go outside and smoke a cigarette which is counter-productive to muscle building. It's like, why even workout then?
Hey man, I want you to level with me here. You put on alot of mass really quick! Now I'm not accusing you of anything but I have to ask, are you on the juice? It's just hard to believe you can gain that much that quick all natural!

hey man, I noticed that your triceps are incredibley massive and defined, you totally have that awesome horse-shoe shape that I'm after. Do you do alot of skull crushers? I usually super-set 15 sets of tricep pressdown with 15 sets of barbell curls.
Hey man, for a pre-work shake I mix 16 oz of Powerade with 3 raw eggs. is that a good pre-workout drink to have? I figure it's good quality protein and carbs mixed together. I feel pretty jacked after taking it!

How is training?my goal is losing body fat and getting ripped , so the numbers ...I dunno until I get tested again ...but visually I am coming along starting to see increased chest mass and striations down the middle . the flat spot between the pecs is filling in ...abs are starting to show a little .. they are just below the surface. a new pic or two soon . hope your well man
hey man can I ask you a question? could you name for me th etop 5 magazines in your opinion for exercise/fitness/bodybuilding. if you were going to subscribe to 5 magazines which would they be ? those that inspire you and give you solid advice and solid inspiartion etc ? Looking to invest in some mags and wantot get the best. Thanks
