I did it on and off now I want to get serious about it. I am just starting out after few years of just living like shit. Eating anything and drinking all the time, a party life. It ruined my life in many ways. A new start involved hitting the weight room and changing my life style. Eating right and getting enough sleep.
Why I Love It:
To look good and feel good and it keeps me on the right track.

I graduated college in 2005 at 125 lb now I am at about 150. I want to get up to 185 someday.

Day 1 – Biceps, Back, and light abs workout
Day 2 – Chest, Triceps, and light abs workout
Day 3 – Legs and big abs workout
Day 4 - Shoulders and light abs workout
Right now no cardio and I try not to take any days off. With this routine all the muscles get the right amount of rest.

hey bro ! how are ya ? I am doing good . I am getting back into the4 gym starting today after a long-ish break for health reasons. I am getting back into it hardcore 3-5 days of weights cardio 5 days a week switching between running and swimming. I lost a little ground from recuperating but not to bad . I am still gunning for 8-10% bf andf ripped-ness!

How is training?my goal is losing body fat and getting ripped , so the numbers ...I dunno until I get tested again ...but visually I am coming along starting to see increased chest mass and striations down the middle . the flat spot between the pecs is filling in ...abs are starting to show a little .. they are just below the surface. a new pic or two soon . hope your well man
hey man can I ask you a question? could you name for me th etop 5 magazines in your opinion for exercise/fitness/bodybuilding. if you were going to subscribe to 5 magazines which would they be ? those that inspire you and give you solid advice and solid inspiartion etc ? yoo broo i read ur comment ... 300 grams of protein a day is gona kill ur kidneys and ur gona piss most of it out man. i weigh the same as u im at 157 right now and im cutting u only need 1g of protein / pound of lean mass you have on ur body ( to feed the muscle ) subtract the bodyfat then figure it out. 300 is jus rediculas un less ur on juice n need it to keep up

I appreciate it. Keeping with it is actually easy, as I love working out. My whole day centers on that one hour of the day. I'm against those bulking/cutting phases, however. I am just trying to add lean muscle mass. It can go slowly, but that's how it is.
