I'm also a major binge eater. It is the one thing that has been holding me back from my goals. Ive always maintained a healthy weight but it makes me feel so guilty. I just want to have a balance and be healthy!

What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
im trying to follow a diet where i eat pretty much the same things every day otherwise I will binge.
1- instant oatmeal, 1/2 scp protein powder, 1/2 banana, coffee
2- activia light yogurt, 1/2 banana
3- tuna, veggies, orange
4- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
5- 1 whole egg, 1 egg white
6- eggbeaters w/ chs and salsa or large salad w/ protein source.( not sure if it is enough but i feel pretty good!)im trying to follow a diet where i eat pretty much the same things every day otherwise I will binge.

What is your favorite "healthy" dessert? Give the recipe if applicable.
Jell-o brand chocolate fudge sugar free fat free instant pudding with 1 scoop choc protein pwdr. so good! sometimes we throw in some bananas!
