How I Started:
I used to be obese. I was inspired to excersize by some of the progress pics I saw on this website.
Why I Love It:
It is a major stress reliever which only produces positive results.
How I Stay Motivated:
Monitoring my results keeps me motivated to continue working out. I also challenge myself in the gym.

its more about your food intake than the exercise. at least for me. eat low fat and drink lots of water. if you dont eat lot of fat, you dont have to burn it.
