I have been doing the body by design workout for the past few months. It has been working great.

High protein, low fat
I start off each day with 4 egg whites and one egg yolk. I then have a meal replacement shake about three hours later consisting of a quarter cup of oats, a scoop of protein, half a cup of frozen peaches, half a cup of forzen strawberries, a banana, a few spoons of low fat vanilla yogurt, and 24 ounces of skim milk. Three hours later I eat lunch with either grilled chicken or grilled tilapia along with green beans. 2-3 hours later I have my post workout protein shake with two scoops of protein. I then have either chicken or tilapia, grilled, for dinner with some veggies and a salad with home made low fat salad dressing. I finish off the night with greek yogurt or veggies.
