I've played sports all my life including football and lacrosse throughout high school, so it just kind of goes with the territory
Why I Love It:
It makes you feel confident and happy with yourself, plus it really improves your game mentally and physically.
How I Stay Motivated:
Oh, it's not too tough. Whenever I see other people or my own improvements it encourages me to keep working hard.

Alright, my organic test is over with so I can get focused on lifting again and sleep more. I hope my lack of sleep doesn't affect my body too much, but I'm sure it's got to somehow. Anyhow, it's time for some R&R: reps and relaxation. It's so much more enjoyable for me to be at the gym...
