I put on 25 pounds of beer and pizza weight the first two years of college, worked out to get in shape and have worked out regularly ever since.

Over the next year to two years add 10 good pounds of muscle while dropping my bodyfat down a notch or two. While I have never been a really big guy I would like to be a little bigger for my size.
