How I Started:
I put on 25 pounds of beer and pizza weight the first two years of college, worked out to get in shape and have worked out regularly ever since.
Why I Love It:
I like the feeling of being in shape and the challenge of continuing to try to improve.
How I Stay Motivated:
I think of how I would look and feel if I did not work out.
