I haven't checked the BodySpace in a while. There used to be a Gold's there, but I think it's some generic "Fitness Center" now. The Gold's in ABQ is moving down the road eventually to where Blayne's used to be on Montgomery Blvd.

ON's Rocky Road flavor is what I recommend. If I could scrape my tastebuds every time before I have a shake, then I'd probably like the Dbl. Chocolate flavor.

Training goes well. I set a flat DB PR of 6 reps with the 40s'. On to the 45s next week.

Things are going pretty well. Set a PR on DB shrugs last night and reached a goal two weeks early. I can now work with a pair of 50 lb. DBs next week. Training chest, tris, and abs tonight.

They're going pretty well.I'll have to update my blogs. I met an early goal of doing DB shrugs for 7 reps with a 45 in each hand on Friday. :)
