If you guys remember, I started the low carb "thing" the day right after Memorial Day.  Since then I've lost about 8 lbs and a total of 14 lbs since I decided to get serious back in March.  It's amazing but I'm feeling sexy and confident again! I'm now able to fit back into my size...

Hi there - I'm ok now. Just over what felt like a two week hangover. Turned out to be a UTI, or so they tell me. I was worried that it was something evil and tropical, like dengue fever. But apparently not! Back on track now, to the gym later today. how are you?

I haven't tried it, my sister has it and she said it's intense. I'm just getting better for a vitus that kicked my ass. I was sick for 20 days! I'm doing a 3 day split right now and I'm going to try plyometrics, hopefully my knee can handle it.

I am interested in P90X but it seemed that you have to be able to do pullups and I didn't want to spend that much money and not be able to do the workouts. Let me know how it works for you. Good luck.

I was in a class all last week and could only do cardio, I then pulled my back moving some gravel. Just started the weights again today. Can't belive how much I missed it.
