It makes work easier the stonger I am and helps to beat stress of everyday life.

P90X is awesome. I have done it 3 or 4 times now. I couldnt keep up with tony for a long time but now my pace is faster than theirs on the plyo and the ab ripper. If you have any questions on it shoot me a note. I am still doing the strength workouts mwf and cycling and running every other day.
