this was taken in october 2006, before I even started working out seriously with a program or anything, I just found it now in May and realized how much mass I've really added since then
Progressing, dude. Keep working on it. Some guys have a hard time gaining weight, esp. muscle mass. Train hard, eat right, and let your body keep changing through adolescence. You'll see more results. Good luck!
Hey skinnyteen15, how long have u been lifting? tell me a little about ur weekly training and nutrition? maybe i can give some tips and advice, if u feel that u need some.
U R improving and change can be seen on traps, delts, slightly bigger arms, chest is getting thicker and won't take long for those abs to appear. Nice pace, keep it fun. You're getting there. Andre

Looks like you are moving in the right direction! Good job. Keep it up and keep tracking your progress. Set some goals as well so you can shoot for them.
