this was taken in october 2006, before I even started working out seriously with a program or anything, I just found it now in May and realized how much mass I've really added since then  kinda pissed, dont see much of a difference except a tan, I did grow 2-3 inches since then so maybe I was just keepin up with my height

Progressing, dude. Keep working on it. Some guys have a hard time gaining weight, esp. muscle mass. Train hard, eat right, and let your body keep changing through adolescence. You'll see more results. Good luck!

U R improving and change can be seen on traps, delts, slightly bigger arms, chest is getting thicker and won't take long for those abs to appear. Nice pace, keep it fun. You're getting there. Andre
