Maintaining progress is not hard as long as you stay consistent. People give up too easily when they're not seeing super fast gains. You are looking good so far and I think if you just keep at it, You really have the potential to go far. Keep it up!

Looking quite muscled and ripped already. Thick traps, solid chest/pecs, good arms and solid abs on the way. We'll be watching for that 42"chest and 18" arms. Andre

i've been a memeber of a gym now for 3 and a half years.. my first 2 years were bascially learning how things are done and learning about good diet!
