How I Started:
I needed to get strength and stamina for basketball.
Why I Love It:
Better athletic abilities and staying healthy. Makes me feel good about myself and gives me confidence and it also removes the tension from my mind.
How I Stay Motivated:
Listening to music, reading books and watching videos.
BB Accomplishments:
Obtaining a 34" vertical. Doing 100m in under 11 seconds(no block and sprint shoes) and 400m in 59s.

229lbs, not good at all
This is the look i had before i started working out in March 2008. No muscle definition, no tone, just a bulk.

Goal (Overall):
Gain another 15lbs of muscle in the arm and shoulder area. To improve my vertical leap from 33,34" to as much as possible.
Goal (Long):
Need to improve standstill and running vertical even more. Explosiveness too. Overall strength and endurance. Strengthen joints on my arms and knees to prevent injury. Reduce bf to the least possible amount. Overall, to be ready for D1/D2 bball level.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 15 lb

nah mate we cant ever be done, if we got to that stage then what would motive us to go lift! :p im def not a powerlifter haha just lifting heavy to try and put on size :D
