How I Started:
I needed to get strength and stamina for basketball.
Why I Love It:
Better athletic abilities and staying healthy. Makes me feel good about myself and gives me confidence and it also removes the tension from my mind.
How I Stay Motivated:
Listening to music, reading books and watching videos.
BB Accomplishments:
Obtaining a 34" vertical.
Doing 100m in under 11 seconds(no block and sprint shoes) and 400m in 59s.

Need to improve standstill and running vertical even more. Explosiveness too.

nah mate we cant ever be done, if we got to that stage then what would motive us to go lift! :p
im def not a powerlifter haha just lifting heavy to try and put on size :D
