What's up man, just chilling and about to hit legs tonight, started the dieting and clean eating again once Thanksgiving was over here in the states... I hit chest and bi's yesterday with a 45 minute cardio session and today this morning started the cardio with a 1 hour session! Tryn to hit strong once again! I must!!! Dave

Thank you man, definitely I know what you mean about training right before the wedding. I trained for 23 days straight the month before my wedding with cardio twice a day, it was nice arriving to the honeymoon in shape. Time to hit legs hard tonight though! Gotta do it! Dave

Man just got off a week break after my wedding reception. Just got back to it today with some cardio in the wee morning for about 60 min. I'm gonna continue to hit it hard throughout the whole year. Gotta finish strong. Ski

Awesome Z, I can't wait to see the progress pics, I'm sure you make great gains, you're at the age for great growth as a male bodybuilder... Ah my 20's those were the days when muscles were appearing daily!!! Your lucky, take advantage of that and you'll be a monster by the time your my age! Dave

I did the diet for 2 weeks and it dropped me down to 12% before my one week honeymoon in Cancun, I've started it back up again this week... That diet is no joke and really works, glad to see others being shown the light as well! Dave

Hey man no problem buddy! Well I've just come back from Cancun for a week with my wedding trip, I'll continue training this coming week starting tomorrow. I've basically had a week of eating a drinking anything I've wanted since it's a once in a life time deal but training was going super hardcore before I left to the trip and I'll continue the same throughout this year! How bout yourself? Dave

Yep gotta hit it whenever you can brother, no time is insane. I'll do cardio sometimes at the wee mornings and what I mean by wee is like 3:30-4:00 a.m. and then eat my breakfast and prepare all my meals before going to work. Sucks but after doing it for years you kind of get used to it LOL... Ski

O motivation is at all time and been very clean with the diet so I'm a happy camper! Arms just grow naturally on me and so do shoulders... They have a mind of their own. I have to work more on certain areas to even everything out, otherwise I might look pretty silly. Eating my last couple meals tonight and more cardio coming up in the morning... YAY!!!! I mean Boooo... Ski

Kicking butt and taking names tonight Jen, including my own!!! My legs are just thrashed... One legged lunges are my medicine now for growth. Almost cramped up on the low intensity treadmill for 60 minute but made it through. Ski
