North Co. Sr. High Attended 1993 to 1996 Bonne Terre, Missouri United States
When I Started:
Dec, 1998
How I Started:
I would have to say from playing sports all my life, being a three sport kid and playing some collegiate sports I've always been active but since I've retired from trying to turn pro in sports and I now have my career, there's gotta be something there to challenge me and this is where BB fits in! I also had a workout partner (Yas) that tuned me into the sport of bodybuilding a few years ago and I've never looked back since... Thanks bud, he's in Kansas now still training son!
Why I Love It:
One reason I love it is that there's so many different ways to change your body and look, with every little step I take even though they might be small changes, it's just amazes me the way the body can react and how you feel about yourself!
How I Stay Motivated:
I find myself changing to new techniques and try to trick my body to something it's never felt before...
edit:
Well things have changed for the best in my life and the unfolding of new start and direction has kept me motivate, I've recently got engaged and my fiance and I are excited about starting our new life together, so for our honeymoon we are striding to get in the best shape of our lives, never thought that I would start working out to look good for a vacation, LOL! She's also working to look her best as well.
BB Accomplishments:
Finally getting serious and trying to compete! :)

Layne, what can I say, I just watched every video on "Life of A Natural Bodybuilder" and I'm just hook on the way of his thinking. Went through some articles on BB.com and forum threads searching for new methods and what not. Layne has brought it to the table almost to a science. By watching him back up his teammates and helping out the community of bodybuilding he is a great asset to this sport and I've all ready learned so much more than what I know all ready know. Much appreciated!!

Man was I surprised today, well besides kicking my arse in the gym, I expected a drop but I didn't expect to drop some major lbs since getting back from Cancun all inclusive LOL!!!!
Down to 191lbs and the same bf% before I left on the trip, I'm loving it, gonna take a break today and...
In a moth and a half or so, i'll post some progress pics, hope you'll be proud of me as my new "mentor" :)) the best of luck, keep up the awesome and insane work!
I had a computer get fried by lighting, moved X2, went to 3rd shift and got fat again. Thank you for your concern. My biggest problem is getting motivated again. I've got a lot more fat now any deit suggestions to cut some serious flab off?

Man I would love to "hit it harder." Work two jobs so I have limited time to really get in good work-outs. Just recently added Sunday nights to the work-out days. Been at it since March feeling better each month.
