How I Started:
I used to lift when I was 19. Growing up I was always the skinny kid. Got tired of that so started working out.
Why I Love It:
I love the sensation of pushing the weight and seeing the physical changes it creates in my body. I have greater energy, strength and confidence. all good in my opinion
How I Stay Motivated:
Buying supplements that help with my endurance, energy and gains encourages me to push harder. And now Bodybuilding.com keeping track of my progress is helping me get excited about working out. As well as seeing the results others get from their efforts.
BB Accomplishments:
I do not compete in bodybuilding. It is simply a way of life and personal interest. Martial arts is more my interest for competing.

I am 6'3" would like to be around 220-240lbs But maintain flexibility and endurance. Would like to be able to run 2 miles without stopping in around 14 minutes. As well as get back in martial arts training and finish my black belt in Tae Kwon do then start training in mma

I'm not a cook. I don't have the best diet, but at this point I'm not worried about burning fat as much as bulking. But I do need to learn more about eating healthy.
