I weigh about 300~310, according to your thread "so you discovered BB.com.." you said that if i was extremely overweight i shouldnt use the Weight x 15 -500, do you have any advice on how many calories i should take in?
Hey I stumbled on you diet article posted in the forum today. You can see in my latest body blog I have begun as of the last two weeks to precisely control my calories and macronutrient ratios using a digital kitchen balance. So far really enjoying the precise control I have.
