I've always been a skinny guy. I really regret not being into sports or working out when I was young, so I'm hoping to start now. I'd love for some help, since I really have no idea what I'm doing.
Why I Love It:
I love the idea of seeing myself change and feeling the growth.
How I Stay Motivated:
I read peoples stories and look at progress pictures of people like me and it makes me realize that it is possible to change the way that you are.
