I'm working out 5 to 6 days a week and eating every 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Around 3,200 calories a day. My regime is:
Back, Biceps
Chest, Triceps, Abs
Legs, Calves
Delts, Traps, Abs
I hardly do any cardio. Maybe 3 hours total in a week. Best advice that I have learned...eat, eat, eat. Eat balnced meals with equal carbs and proteins. Good luck bro and train hard!

I am a ectomorph too.....but whatever your goals are will determine your diet type...if you are bulking up...carbs are vital...if you are trying to cut fat quick, carbs are secondary.
