Good luck with your competition! I'm sure you will have fun. Does your posing routine have a specific theme? What music are you using?

Thanks for your comments and inquiry. To trim fat I add some cardio but mostly step up my reps and sets. I do a ton of lunges and I think this helps to shape and define the quads. Cutting out most simple sugars in your diet and adding good fats in small quantities will make a difference. Make sure you get adequate protein sources. Hope this helps.

Had a great holiday! How about yours? Yes, I have been training harder due to over indulgences of chocolate! It was worth it.

hey beef, I think it's the lighting and camera angle but I'll take some of the credit. You are looking pretty massive yourself. Hope all is well.

Thanks! Here is the glute workout. I do step ups on a bench with 2 151b. dumbells, 6 sets, 25-40 reps. Reverse lunges, walking lunges, and side lunges all with bodyweight. Every other week I do a heavy leg training day.

Hi Mallory, You could probably split it into two sessions of 3 miles each. This should give faster results.

You have a lovely physique and beautiful skin tone. By looking at your pics I would estimate your body fat at 16-17%. Don't panic. You have 9 weeks to lean out. You will probably compete at 125 1bs @ 9-10% body fat. Best of luck!

Cottage cheese has too much sodium and lactose. get rid of the cottage cheese and the corn and replace it with brocolli. Corn spikes your insulin (very high glycemic)and will likely be stored as body fat. Get rid of all sugars. Read labels, there are tons of hidden sugars, fructose, malto-dextrin, dextrose, rice syrup etc. Really better off avoiding all artificial sweeteners as well.
