How I Stay Motivated:
Will get my first attempt at a pro card next year at the Canadian Nationals. Held in British - Columbia. By then, I will be 220 lbs on stage.

Yea Nationals is a whole nother level. Ya know I kind of considered dropping down to a middle weight. Just sucks having to cut muscle to get there. Jason is looking after me. 6 weeks to go. Tomorrow I begin the day with 1/2 c oatmeal and then, that's it for carbs LOL!!! Yikes! I hope to be at Provincials. I'll do Masters for sure and try my hand at lightweight this year as well. If I place, you'll see me in Edmonton. So Nationals are in BC next year...you've heard that for sure?
Hey Karl, this is crazy...I have right next to me the Northern's 2007 video with YOUR picture on the back. Way to go!!! You did awesome. I competed in Masters. Will be at Southerns in June!
