Eating poorly and lack of exercise exist on my father's side of the family. I look like my father...I want "that" to be the only similarity. Physically, I want to cause traffic accidents when someone sees me walk by!
So, my jaw has been healed for a while now and I've been working out and running. I've only gained back 5lbs, but I'm maintaining good muscle mass and deffination as well as strength for my wieght. Thanks for all the words of encouragement and advice
