How I Started:
Basically i was really fat and this girl was pretty blatently hot and she commented bad on me so i wanted to show i was more than just a fat guy! Now i'm back competing in swimming and i love weight lifting and bodybuilding.
Why I Love It:
Gives me self release and i like to look good.
How I Stay Motivated:
Man i really struggle sometimes but i just have to look in the mirror and i remember why.

Losing 4 stone which is 56lbs

Basically since i quit competitive swimming as a kid i missed it and after my father died i gained so much weight. Then through bodybuilding i regained my confidence and lost my weight now i've gone back to my favourite sport swimming. Although i want to keep a lean physique low in bodyfat but with good muscle definition.

Righteo,

At the moment i'm keepin a good bodyweight with quite a low bodyfat gotta start stepping it up a gear, performance wise i'm still not as strong as i want to be, i feel i've done the hard work to cut some fat now i need to build a strength base up with a lower bodyweight. I'll upload...
