How I Started:
I started just wanting to get stronger to increase my athleticism. I'm now interested in total body health and staying in tune with my body.
Why I Love It:
Working out gives me an aspect of my life that I can control. There are lots of things we can't, but it's completely up to me to control how I eat, how hard I work, and how I take care of myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by constantly changing my goals and focusing on each goal as an individual step to a larger goal.
BB Accomplishments:
When I broke the 225 mark on bench press, I felt pretty good about myself and where I was at. I now am focusing on getting lean and getting stronger.

I'd been lifting for a while thinking I was in good shape, but I looked at this photo and knew I need to do some serious work. Now I'm trying to transform my body.
Day 3 of taking Animal Cuts... Haven't gotten anywhere in a year really... Have regressed.. I'm trying this and will be starting a new weight program to put on some mass...

Just a clean diet! I train abs pretty intensely a couple times a week and that's it! Diet is key :)
