I bought an ankle strap and started using the cables for my glutes . . . holy crap, talk about feelin' the burn!! Thanks for all of your help, I'll let you know how it goes!!! :)

Yeah, the clean eating can be a challenge sometimes when you work long days . . . the training has been going well, I've been able to increase my weights for squats and bench press (finally) . . . I'd love to be able to do a pull-up (eventually) . . . I'm sure you can do a few :)

I work out at the gym at work (some of the equipment is a little old). I looked at the machine last night and I don't think they have the straps for your ankle - I'll have to pick some up. I'll let you know how it goes!!!

Hi Fern!! Happy belated B-Day :) I watched your video for the glute workout, any other pointers for a good butt work out . . . my plan is to lose about 15 more pounds, but I need to lift and firm up the "arse", I have a flat white girls butt:)

Things have been going really well, I have about 15 more lbs I'd like to lose. It took me a while, but I've lost 30 lbs since last May! Keep up the great work, you look amazing! Hope your computer is fixed soon, that must be driving you crazy :)

Yeah, I think the diet part was the toughest thing for me too, it took me a while, but once I had it down, I pretty much stuck with it. It did make a HUGE difference! Good luck!

How is the training going? I hope things are well. I've been consistently doing well with my healthy eating and exercise for about a year now. Slowly but surely that weight is coming off (finally)!!! Keep up the good work! ~ :)
