sjayne80changed Weight from 132.4 lbs. to 131.4 lbs., a 1 lb. loss in 5 days
I'm ready to have the body that I know I can, I'm only 28 years old and I'm sick of feeling tired and overweight. I've recently finished grad school, which is where I let the stress get the best of me and I gained about 25 - 30 lbs while I was in school. Now that I'm finished and have an excellent job that I love, I'm ready to get my body back (and never get overweight again)!!! My NEW short term goal is to get my weight to 135 lbs. My long-term goal is to eat healthy and stick to a nutritious diet and to a regular workout schedule to firm up and gain muscle. Long-term I'd like to weigh between 117 - 125 lbs.
Fern is HILARIOUS, but more importantly she is extremely motivating to me and always willing to give out helpful advice. She is an awesome person and is truly inspiring!!!
Well, I've let school get the best of me yet again! I've packed on some poundage because I've abandoned my healthy eating and exercise. I feel disgusting to say the least. I'm determined to begin to get back on track this weekend and get back on track with my weight loss. I was kicking butt...
I've recently been moved to 2nd shift at work. I used to be on first shift and would work out right after work. So to keep it as consistent as possible, I now work out right after 2nd shift ends (around 10PM). There is a free weight room / cardio machines at work so there is never an excuse...
thanks... training has been a little difficult lately due to the fact that I'm stuck working 12 hour days and eating at the chow hall makes eating properly not all that simple. How is your training coming along?
Thank you so much for the very kind words! It was a long struggle but all the grueling hard work has paid off. Remember no matter what obsticles you face there's always a way to get through them. The answers don't always come easy but don't ever stop searching until you find them and keep moving forward! Take care and God bless!
Thanks for the comment. I wish it all happened faster, but I'm just glad it is happening. I do think the slower it goes, the better shot I have at maintaining the loss. Maybe with this site as motivation I can take off these last thirty pounds! :-)
Thank You so much for your comment. What a huge compliment! I wish you luck on your goals and please email me for any support you need :) we can lean on each other!
Thank you for your very kind and encouraging compliment and also for adding me to your friends. I am encouraged to know you find inspiration in my journey. If it would help you at all, I do have a series of videos on youtube under pixiedust3727, some are progressional, and 3 are tutorial, just in case it might be helpful. All my best to you, always,
Jen
