I will gain 5 lbs of lean muscle by April 1, 2009.
Goal (Long):
I was just 2 lbs shy of my 1/1/09 goal. I will have to step it up.
I will gain 10lbs of muscle by 8/1/09 to bring me to 173 lbs. I will eat clean and do 15 mins of cardio 3 times per week till May then step it up to 5 times per week.
I want to look and more importantly FEEL great come June 1.
hey whats going on. sorry, i haven't been on this lately. Yeah, i am off the diet and starting bulking up early. Eating allot and doing simple but heavy exercise's. got a couple new bicep exercises that seem to be working well, looking to put on a solid 2 inches on my arms. really gunna focus on arms this year and see what i can do. we will talk soon cya man.
