Overall Goal: 194 Pounds (100 Pounds Lost) - Then will start lifting heavily.

Motorcycle accident has me down. It has been 5 months now since I could workout. I should be able to start running again in a month or two.
sjacobgupdated Motivation Level from 3/10 to 8/10 and said: "I started lifting and riding the bike yesterday. I am feeling decent. I still can't run so not 10/10 yet."
This is my bud that got me thinking about changing my life around. He started a couple months before me and did very well. He was my encouragement when I was down, and my praiser when I was up. He has lost lots of weight as well as becoming a beast. He tries to beat me up but I just go on a 2 hour run and lose him.
What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
Running. Runners High, sense of accomplishment, acheiving goals previously set, proving to myself that I can do more than what I think I can when I am tired and weak.

What is your cardio exercise plan?
Run at minimum 20 miles a week, increasing that by at least 10% everyweek building up to marathon in october.
Thank you so much for posting your youtube videos and your body space. My body right now is similar to how you started out. My wife & I are so tired of how we both feel and look, and have considered p90x. I think you just sold it. Your transformation is incredible. Any tips?
I seen a couple of your videos on youtube I was wondering if you are taking any supplements and if all you did was p90x and if not what else were you doing?
