i had abs when tensed before i started training which is a bit ruff lol but i had no arms legs chest n back to go with it lol!!What cardio do you recommend whilst cutting, coz ive heard alot about hiit but then ive heard the heart rate in the fat burning zone is best so im not sure and also when i next bulk i want it to be alot cleaner trying to keep the lean look as much as possible,

Hey man, hws things? Trainings going real well, my progress is slowing a little but i know thats where at times im not eating enouth! Just a lttle question about cardio, i found that for my weight i need around 3000cals to gain 2500 to maintain and 2000 to cut. Im looking to start cutting in march for the 1 day of summer we get in england lol, and was thinking it should take around 3mnths. I havent used calipers but i think im about 15% bf and want to be 10,

Thinking about it, it is logical to lift as heavy as possible for aslong as possible, obviously to a certain extent lol! But forced reps and the others would prevent this and theres the argument about the extra intensity causing overtraining. Would be grateful if you could help me with this dilemna lol!

Hows it goin mate, hope alls good. Just a question, ive been doing forced reps, partials and cheat reps depending on the exercise. Ive been doing 2 at the end of every set but not counting them towards my rep range, just extra. I thought that the more intense my workout the better, but now looking into it more ive noticed a big debate between the two and both sides makes sense.

hows it goin m8? The 4 days splits just around the corner :) ive set it up so its all there to change around easily every 5 weeks, was thinking of trying 4 weeks using my full workouts and then on the 5th and final week of the plan just doing half size workouts for recovery and so that the intensity drops ready for week 1 of the next plan for more shock? just one thing im not sure about, obliques....

Im trying to bulk up at the moment, its going real well, ive put on 15lbs in 3 mnths, but ive still got a long way to go. Do you think i should keep my workouts to no more than 20 sets long?

Be grateful for your help mate. Youre a simalar height to me and exactley how i would want to be.Ive bin training 3 times a week 2 lots of 24 set workouts and 1 20, ive noticed on the 24s im in the gym for about an hour and 15 mins with no cardio so im worried about overtraining? In the next couple of weeks im starting a 4 day split, what split would you recommend and how many sets should i do per workout?

just started training and im a skinny 10stone!! im taking weight gainer, training with long workouts but only twice a week for rest time. ive already put on 5lbs in my 1st week but obviously my abs are having to pay for that, do you recommend carrying on as i am or sacrificing some mass gains by adding cardio and staying lean? be grateful for your help, cheers
