I love the constant change and the ability to sculpt and 'mold' your body to what you want. Can't say that the attention isn't bad either.
How I Stay Motivated:
#1 motivator is the mirror. Secondly, I like the way I feel...and it makes my job a little easier. My kids also motivate me because they are so athletic and gifted, I gotta keep up with them!

My first 'client'! LOL...she never thought she'd be on stage..I convinced her last year and although she did all the work, I was there rooting here on..Knocked their socks of in taking 2nd in her 1st comp...gonna do better in her next..

Hi Eddzie:)..Been off for a bit..superbusy getting settled and such. Have been slacking a bit, so into 2weeks of bootcamp I go!..just in time for thanksgiving, my b-day, and Christmas!:) Hope things are well!:)
I'm only on the 1st week, right now it seems almost too easy, but I know doing the major lifts 3 times a week will get progressively tougher.
I want to give that FST-7 a shot in the future.
Glad you are over the sickness, a lot of that garbage going around all over. I know as hard as you work it won't take long to get back where you want to be.
I had some sort of a back/rib cage muscle strain last week, so I'm doing week 1 of the 5X5 over, increasing cardio and ab work as well. Stay Strong & Stay Safe Ed.
