I love the constant change and the ability to sculpt and 'mold' your body to what you want. Can't say that the attention isn't bad either.
How I Stay Motivated:
#1 motivator is the mirror. Secondly, I like the way I feel...and it makes my job a little easier. My kids also motivate me because they are so athletic and gifted, I gotta keep up with them!

1st of all, these things are named wrong..lol ..I never had them as part of my normal leg regiment, but that changes today.

As some of you know, I changed gyms a few weeks ago. Well I've been seeing this little machine in the leg area that looked like a broken seated calf machine, missing...

I'll give it 4 week run and see what happens. You've had good results with FST-7 haven't you? How long do you stay on it?

I'm only on the 1st week, right now it seems almost too easy, but I know doing the major lifts 3 times a week will get progressively tougher. I want to give that FST-7 a shot in the future.

Glad you are over the sickness, a lot of that garbage going around all over. I know as hard as you work it won't take long to get back where you want to be. I had some sort of a back/rib cage muscle strain last week, so I'm doing week 1 of the 5X5 over, increasing cardio and ab work as well. Stay Strong & Stay Safe Ed.

Aww you got sick? H1N1? Lol. I took this wk off, felt a burn out coming on but excited to start training 2mrw. Gonna destroy these legs. =) Mass building is coming along well, if you havent noticed I did throw on 5lbs ovr the past 10wks. =)
