Got started working out as a teen (remember the Hulkamania workout kit?)Continued in H.S. when I wanted to play football. Periodically "worked out" throughout my young adult years. Only started seriously bodybuilding within the last 3 years. First year competing and I LOVE IT!!!!!
Why I Love It:
I love the constant change and the ability to sculpt and 'mold' your body to what you want. Can't say that the attention isn't bad either.
How I Stay Motivated:
#1 motivator is the mirror. Secondly, I like the way I feel...makes my job a little easier.
BB Accomplishments:
6th Place - Middleweight, 2008 NPC Michigan State Championships, May 10th
5th Place - Middleweight, 2008 NPC Michigan Novice Championships, March 22
