I met my trainer and we started working out mid-April 2008.
Why I Love It:
I feel strong, I'm reshaping my body, I use it as a positive coping mechanism for stress.

More like fitness, I moved from Average to Above Average in a fit test in 3 months. Got to my size 10 and then 8, now I want to compete in bodybuilding.

I want to be so lean, muscular and hardcore, while remaining feminine that I make people gasp with disbelief, especially when they see where I came from. I know this is possible, because I'm doing it. It IS possible. Believe it. Set sick goals. Go after them 1000%. Overdetermine your success--give yourself MORE than you need to get it done and it will be done. Guaranteed! I want people to take pictures of me when I am doing a super sick workout at the gym, that's how hardcore I want to be. And continue to love myself.

I've been eating a lot more than I used to, with little to show for it and the supplements. Fat burners I have no use for. "envision" That I haven't tried. Thanks for the comments.
Hey girl I am feeling good. Strange when your legs are killing you from a decent leg workout you "feel good", huh?!? Had some of the Nano Vapor (got a free sample) and it actually gave me the boost I needed for heavy leg day. How are you doing?
