I met my trainer, Dwayne McDaniel, who also owns Diamond Gym and we started working out mid-April 2008.
Why I Love It:
I feel strong, I'm reshaping my body, I use it as a positive coping mechanism for stress.
How I Stay Motivated:
Compliments, looser clothing, emerging curves and muscles. Watch me try on a pair of size 10 jeans every month on my video podcast www.size10chronicles.com
BB Accomplishments:
More like fitness, I moved from Average to Above Average in a fit test in 3 months.

If you're bored, it's because you're not working hard enough!
I want to be so lean, muscular and hardcore, while remaining feminine that I make people gasp with disbelief, especially when they see where I came from. I know this is possible, because I'm doing it. It IS possible. Believe it. Set sick goals. Go after them 1000%. Overdetermine your success--give yourself MORE than you need to get it done and it will be done. Guaranteed! I want people to take pictures of me when I am doing a super sick workout at the gym, that's how hardcore I want to be. And continue to love myself.
I feel muscle-y today. I just flexed a bicep and shook out my quads and they are both muscle-y and less flab-y. Yay. That's it. My jiggle is a bit less today. Yay.
I think I just squealed!!! I am so excited for you! And so excited that we are going to make our way into this division! I just love the muscle, the routine, the production. It just feels right.
well my dear, there is not a trainer around that does my kind of workouts that i know about. and if you need to take turns then your not up for the task. well, if you are a true bodybuilder then print my workout and hit it by yourself, if afterwards you do somehow finish you will hate me, just like the rest of the people that do my workouts, they never comeback for seconds. SO, game on? Jeff
ps. you will have a new level of pain and your other workouts will improve as well...trust me...
you are doing a great job. :) keep it up. are those a size 10 you are wearing in the picture. i don't even fit into a 12 right now. but i'm working on it.
Hey, I'm glad you found my blog. I looked at your videos on youtube months ago, back when the jeans were still really tight on you. Wow! How things have changed. Good for you for keeping up with it.
