Have always played around with weights. Would get into it for a few months and then give up and this went on for years. I finally stuck to it and got my diet together and now I am where I am with my training
Why I Love It:
I love reaching a goal and then trying to beat it. Everyone has hobbies/projects in life. My body is my hobby and my project and I love trying to build it bigger, better and leaner....
How I Stay Motivated:
Being in the gym and training, to push myself, to excel and learn....Nothing like the look of an exhausted smile!! Also seeing and knowing that everyone in the gym is watching you train, I also want to mention Laura Binetti, Bob Weatherall and Lynne Suave for all the time they have spent with me, teaching me and helping me excel. Without these great and truley gifted Bodybuilders/Coaches, I would not be where I am today. Thank you so much!!!
BB Accomplishments:
getting down to 4% body fat and dropping 67lbs in 9 weeks before my first shoot

ok man, Now about 4 weeks into cardio and yeah, it works. I lwent from like 17% bf to now under 13. It kinda sucks but im doing this 1 min slow 1 minute fast and it really works. Thansk for the tip.
