the iron never lies to you. You can walk outside and listen to all kinds of talk, get told that you're a god or a total bastard. The iron will always kick you the real deal. Food wise...tons of good carbs. 100% wheat except after workouts. Eat some regular carbs they get into the system faster. I actually eat a cup of kids cerel cuz of the sugars and things. I am a big fan of wheat bagels, pasta, and ever now and then I add malodextrin(spelling?).
Ok, my advice is stay within 10lbs of ur goal. So u want to cut to 175 so bulk 185. Dont waste ur time and add unneeded mass. Best advice have ever been given. I tried the bulk thing got up to 210 and it sucked to try to cut down. I am much happier and its easier going down only 10lbs. dont lose as much strength either.
