Just felt like i wasn't doing much and i was too scrawny.
Why I Love It:
It's taught me discipline, determination, and how to stay motivated, also it's transformed my body.
How I Stay Motivated:
Refusing to be like the guys who were in their best shape while in High School.

I was 6'0" 165 lbs. when i graduated H.S. Now I'm 6'6" 225 lbs. I'd call that an accomplishment

i alternate between like 6 and ten. gotta switch it up keep ur bosy guessin

not very long, because I'm usually super-setting

I'd say somewhere close to lebron james give or take some weight

So i had a day off from lifting today and i thought it wouldn't hurt to do a little cardio. i normally don't do any cardio, but i had so much energy. After wards i felt really good, and i think ill start jogging a few times a week from now on.
