Davil My bulk took about a month to get to that point. Im still not done. I gained about another lbs last week. I'll keep at it till the end of April when I go on vacation. Then I'll weigh in, and check my bodyfat again. Apr 2, 2012 5:57am

JackednStacked First off, I ate a lot, we have big frames and longer limbs and I really had to force myself to eat to fill it all out, every meal, everyday, day in and day out, if you are looking to get big, you gotta eat more and more often. Secondly, I found the best exercises that worked for my height, a lot of smaller dudes do exercises my body (and I am sure yours) just aren't build for - once I learned what exactly worked for me, my gains went through the roof.
