Well today marked my one year of lifting. I am pretty excited about the weight that I have been able to gain over the last year. The strength that I have gained has also impressed me as well.
Since I have been back in the gym for a little over a week, my strentgh is almost back up to...

AM & PM cardio is tough. But I think in a matter of time my body will adjust to it and I will be fine. It is especially difficult right now since all of my friends are home for the holidays. But it's all good =)

I noticed some mass and strength gains in about 3-4 weeks. Im in about week six and Im still noticing strength gains. Keep me up on your results.

training is going great. lost 2 more pounds this week! down to 189. i am amazed at how much fat still remains on my stomach. i hope it is not loose skin. i will continue to lose weight and hope for the best! how about yourself?
