How I Started: My brother is a fitness trainer, and I can remember back to when I was a little kid and him and all of his friends would watch Pumping Iron. Eventually I got to the age where I was interested in Exercise Science, and I have furthered it ever since.
Why I Love It: The human body fascinates me. Especially Kinesciology. I love how the body as a system works together, and it's amazing to see how massive, proportional, and still symmetrical the body can be.
How I Stay Motivated: You can never be too healthy, and I view the body like a sculptor. There is always more you can do to better shape your body. Everyday that I am alive is all the motivation that I need.
