How I Started:
Deployed, helps pass the time. Was tired of the way I was looking and wanted to change.
Why I Love It:
The results of course, Its nice to hear compliments from people that notice a change. Oh and the pain, pushing my body till I hurt, is a satisfying feeling.
How I Stay Motivated:
I dont want my younger brothers to ever be bigger than me, I'm sopposed to be big brother so I need to fit image, I also have put a lot of sweat, effort and money into this and I dont want any of it to go to waste.

Goal (Long):
Eventually weigh about 185, keep under 10% bodyfat, and one day I would like to see myself with a six pack. I have always had a high metabolism so as I gain more knowledge with age I hope to put on some serious mass! I want all my muscle groups to be bigger and stronger. In a couple of years I want people to not reconize me.

Chris, thanks for the add. It is always awesome to see the younger generation leading the way in fitness! Believe me, I know we need it in the Air Force. By the way, you should be able to cruise to 170 by the end of the year with time to spare.

sup man! just checking up on you and making sure you're still hittin' it hard. I've slowed down but have talored my workouts towards sports. Still pumping it hard though.
