HOW I STARTED:

My man suggested working on muscle instead of just being active. Later commercial at TV P90X but I chose other workout.

WHY I LOVE IT:

It keeps me in better shape mentally & physically.

Lately I do home DVD Insanity, and occasionally But Lift exercises.

Aug - Sept 2011
I also graduated from Asylum (another quite intense workout put on DVD). I like to have this trainer everyday at my home, even on screen. He is great to start a day with.
