I have always wanted a muscular physique. I wanted to look better in the clothes I wear. I wanted people to think twice before they would try to pick on me. I wanted to be big enough to fight back when I'm physically threatened. I wanted the physique that would make women notice me and men envy me. I always wanted to look strong and confident. I wanted to look good.

Yoo..siva whats up? Good luck with ur goals and strive for futher achievements in life, we joined the same gym and started training about the same time guess i just took it a lil more seriously
