After 6 sets of free standing squats, 6 sets of single leg extensions, 6 sets of leg curls, and 6 sets of leg press(almost 600lbs. for 3 reps last set)it's amazing that I can even stand for this shot.

Performing my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE bicep exercise, the one-arm dumbbell preacher curl. Great for isolating the bicep, and even better when you work the negative for a 1,2,3,4 second count. GREAT BURN!!
