After 6 sets of free standing squats, 6 sets of single leg extensions, 6 sets of leg curls, and 6 sets of leg press(almost 600lbs. for 3 reps last set)it's amazing that I can even stand for this shot.

Performing my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE bicep exercise, the one-arm dumbbell preacher curl. Great for isolating the bicep, and even better when you work the negative for a 1,2,3,4 second count. GREAT BURN!!

Triceps after frying them with 4 sets/20reps of bodyweight dips. Hard work, but it will indeed pay off.

Starting to get back into the swing of things. No dramatic changes, but with new chest programs numbers are going up. YESSIR!!!!
