Aloha! Bodybuilders. My transformation is working and I love it. I lost 7 1/2 lbs since I started the Jamie Eason's Livefit Program. So lets have determination, motivation, be strong, and keep kicking our ass back into shape, YEH!

Background

When I Started: Jan 2012
HOW I STARTED:

Oh well I got started because I got tired of bending down and all I could see was my fat abs and I hated it even when I sit down all those bulges just fold out over my jeans so I said no more and let's really do something about it, also I've suffered from a major case of depression which I became very lazy and in returned I gained so much weight because I did not have the will power or the determination at the time. The depression was taking over my whole life, I did not want to live any more, I did not want to get out of bed only if I had to leave my house to go shopping for food. I did not want to be around people either. I became a harmit crab. Well, I don't know what happen but I woke up and God opened my eyes and said smell the beautiful roses and live again. God showed me that this body is a gift from Him so take good care of it, and as you know I was not taking care of my own gift. So I woke up, now I want to live and not just live but live a more healthier life and work hard to transform my hawaiian/philipinno body and be real fit. Plus God has given me a loving partner, he helps me allot and he too is working out with me everyday. When I found bodybuiders.com, more I became excited to push myself, plus I am determine to live now. I still suffer from depression but not as much as I was 6 years ago, I will not let it bring me under anymore. Eating right and exerciseing makes my depression go away. I have more energy to live life. I am determine to continue to work out and live life. With Bodybuilders.com , my partner, and God, I know I can live life for the better. Aloha! Everyone, I just finished my 12 weeks Livefit with Jamie and I really loved it and now I can't wait to start Toning and getting really Tight. Keep it up everyone you won't be disspointed it really works if you work it baby, just work it!!.

Aloha Everyone! I'm not going to let depression hurt me, so Hey! I'm back again and real determine to press on toward a healthier living and a fit body. Started again walking/running and weight training.

Masica999 Hi Sistab2! What good progress on the sculpting routine with results. That keeps it going for sure. I am doing the Laura Bailey workouts with some extra ab and leg lifts with light weights while watching the news 2-3 times a week. I have been working out since 2004. Off and on depending on how much exercise at my different jobs. Have a great Tuesday today! May 15, 2012 2:04am
