As being a chubby 210 pound in my highschool years, I had a drive to lose the excess weight. I've tried working out in the early years however failed to see results. After spending 3 months in Bangladesh, it helped me boost start on this progression by helping me lose about 40 lbs within those months.
Why I Love It:
De-stressing, and feeling good after a good workout is amazing.Depending on my mood, energy levels or time constraint I tend to go to the gym instead of going to kicboxing/Jiu jitsu classes. My personality are one of those people that want to improve in any aspect, and by keeping busy physically along my studies achieves just that.
How I Stay Motivated:
Setting high goals, having a wave of criticism from a honest younger brother, and wanting to do various extreme sports is what motivates me to better myself. I also research from time to time about health and try to share the info to friends and family.
BB Accomplishments:
So far, losing 40lbs, reducing 6 pant sizes are my major accomplishments.
Saw you rocking the rear delt training, I was going to come and show you another exercise to try but I had to jet out of the Coop for the hip results. Guess what the dr. said to do... SLOW DOWN. Hah, I actually laughed at her, and told her no. Remember chest, rear delts, LEGS!
