I am doing quite well. The progress has been slow but steady. Adding more vegetables is the way to go. Lots of fiber and low in calories. I wouldn't completely cut out red meat though, you need it every once in a while. I suggest you get it from anywhere but a fast food place.

As a fellow Canadian I just thought that I would drop by and wish you all the best. If you are looking to lose weight and get into great shape it is best to follow a proven program. I lost over 50 lb’s and went from 36 to 10% bodyfat and my wife (bodyspace: judimax) went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 in only 12 weeks by following the Body for Life program. Push yourself, possibly out of your comfort zone and you may be amazed at the results and how fast they happen.

Yeah, weights is the way to drop weight. Nothing else sparks the metabolic rate quite like it. Stay with it bro! I am doing well, I am getting stronger everyday and I am liking the look in the mirror a little better each day too.
