How I Started:
Growing up as a child I was very overweight 5'5" and 240lbs, and come from a family history where being heavy runs. I was teased day in and day out for being bigger than the rest of the kids and couldnt play sports. A friend of mine recommened the atkins diet and during the summer of 98 I lost 70lbs in 3 months, went from 240 to 160lbs. I have never really been able too stay at 1 consistant weight since then always going up and down. So this time around I made a promise too myself not too give up and maintain untill I reach my goals of being fit,healthy and toned.
Why I Love It:
I really love working out because its a chance for me too go into my own work out zone and work out from all the day's stress and too improve on my body,mind, while getting stronger and leaner and break a good sweat.
How I Stay Motivated:
remembering where i came from and not wanting 2 go back!

I want too lean and tone out my midsection and develope abs that pop out. (the 6 pack) I want too in 1 month b at 190 lbs and see where my abs look like, and adjust my training april 23,09
