How I Started: In college I did a lot of climbing and didnt have a very strong upperbody and I always wanted to be better.
The week after I graduated college i became increasingly fond of lifting weights and made it a way of life.
Why I Love It: I love being in competition with myself increase weight every week, seeing results and how I feel after the workout.
How I Stay Motivated: My vision board which has a picture of what i want to look like! And looking at the full length mirror everyday before getting in the shower!
