THANKS FOR THE INFO. IT SEEMS LIKE THE MORE I WORKOUT, THE HUNGRIER I GET. IT'S CRAZY. I KNOW MY METABOLISM IS SPEEDING UP, BUT HOW DO I CURB SOME OF THE HUNGER? WHAT DOES YOUR DIET CONSIST OF?

THAT'S WHATS UP. I THINK IM GONNA DO FOUR TO FIVE DAYS OF CARDIO. I WILL DEFINITELY HAVE TO BUILD UP TO IT, THE EXCESS WEIGHT HAS BEEN KINDA HARD ON MY LEGS.
SO IT TOOK YOU ABOUT SIX MONTHS TO SEE REAL LOSSES? THATS GOOD. THANKS FOR THE INFO

What was your bf percentage when you started? How long did it take you to get down? do you really think that 10 min cardio each day will do the job? * along with proper dieting?
